SHIPPING  (Scroll down for Canadian info) 

All orders are shipped UPS or FED EX and they require that you provide a street address.  They are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.  The shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page before you decide to purchase.

BACK ORDERS

No one likes backorders but sometimes that is the way it is.  We will notify you right away if the item you ordered is on backorder.  We will try to have accurate estimates of time and of course you have the option of letting the order stand or canceling it.  You will be in control.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Please keep this in mind.  These are hand made and hand painted items.  As a result there will always be slight imperfections and variations in color.  These variations in themselves do not constitute a defect.

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED

With most all of our products, some assembly is required.  Easy instructions are included with your product.  If you need more help, please feel free to contact us directly.

GUARANTEE

Our goal is customer satisfaction.  If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us for a ‘Return Authorization’ and a Return Service tag within 14 days from date of receiving the product.  We will replace, exchange or credit your purchase.

REPAIR PARTS

Should you ever require repair parts, please contact our customer service department so that we can get those parts for you. Be sure to identify the product accurately because we have several like items and we want to be sure that we get you the correct parts the FIRST time.  Click on the link below and you will be able to email our customer service department.

If you live in Canada, we would love to serve you.  As you know, some products from the US are subject to 1.duty, 2. PST, GST or HST tax and 3. brokerage fees. Our goal is to provide you with an accurate estimate of these fees.  Before completing your order, please read the instructions below.

Select any item(s) from our site, and follow the normal order process.  When asked to enter your credit card, instead, select "CHECK" and enter the word 'estimate' as well as your PST or HST %   example [estimate, 7.5% PST] in the box.  You will not be charged for your order at this time.  We will contact you with duty, PST, GST or HST, brokerage fees and freight information so that you will know the cost of your order before you place it. When you decide to go ahead with the order, we will explain the modified credit card process.  

The duty, PST, GST or HST tax and brokerage fees are collected in Canada.  What you pay to us is the price of the product and the applicable freight.

How to estimate the duty,PST, GST or HST & brokerage fees 

To estimate the duty, PST,  GST, or HST tax and brokerage fees, here is the 'why and how' of the process.  Because our products are made overseas, they are not eligible for NAFTA protection.  

These are the calculations.  Your actual charges will be converted into Canadian $.

9.5% of the product price = 1. Duty  

Add product price and duty together.  Multiply by your PST, GST or HST % = 2. Tax.
