All orders are shipped UPS or FED EX and they require that you provide a street address. They are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page before you decide to purchase.
No one likes backorders but sometimes that is the way it is. We will notify you right away if the item you ordered is on backorder. We will try to have accurate estimates of time and of course you have the option of letting the order stand or canceling it. You will be in control.
Please keep this in mind. These are hand made and hand painted items. As a result there will always be slight imperfections and variations in color. These variations in themselves do not constitute a defect.
With most all of our products, some assembly is required. Easy instructions are included with your product. If you need more help, please feel free to contact us directly.
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us for a ‘Return Authorization’ and a Return Service tag within 14 days from date of receiving the product. We will replace, exchange or credit your purchase.
Should you ever require repair parts, please contact our customer service department so that we can get those parts for you. Be sure to identify the product accurately because we have several like items and we want to be sure that we get you the correct parts the FIRST time.
