The playroom is directly across the hallway from her bedroom.  She crawls rapidly into the playroom each morning, sits at her table and requests her "good" dolls from the top of the bookcase.  Then they have tea.

Kids Painted Furniture Shop is a pleasure to work with.  Tom is wonderful about calling whenever he has a question on an order.  I live in Portland and my brother and his family near Chicago.  It is difficult enough being a long distance Auntie but they have helped ease the burden.   My 4 year old niece, after receiving her rocking chair, called to thank me and asked if I would always send the 'coolest' gifts.  I can order ahead of time and ask for a specific delivery date and they have delivered like a charm.
